All services are subject to availability, diagnosis, and technical feasibility.

2. Appointments and Service Requests

When you request a repair or service, we may require your contact information, device details, and description of the issue. Appointments may be scheduled in-store or on-site depending on your needs and technician availability.

Cancellations or rescheduling should be made at least 24 hours in advance

3. Warranty and Liability


●We are an authorized warranty repair center for Epson and Brother. Warranty work must comply with the manufacturer’s terms.
●For non-warranty repairs, we provide a limited 30-day labor warranty unless otherwise stated.
●We are not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or incidental damages occurring before, during, or after service unless caused by direct negligence.


We strongly recommend backing up your data before service..


4. Payments

Payments are due upon completion of service or purchase, unless prior arrangements are made. We accept major forms of payment including credit/debit cards and approved business checks.

Unpaid invoices may result in late fees or collection actions.

5. Sales and Returns

All sales of hardware or software products are subject to availability and pricing at the time of purchase. Returns must be requested within 14 days of purchase and may be subject to a restocking fee unless the item is defective

Custom-built systems and special orders may not be eligible for return.
